The registration fee also includes the on-line version of the book of abstracts, all coffee breaks and the dinner on Friday evening.

*Students, pensioners and participants who are on maternity leave or are unemployed are entitled to a reduced registration fee. To certify your entitlement please upload a photo of the corresponding document. You can upload the picture to the link provided after registration. Invoices of reduced registration fees will be issued to the participant.

**Participants who pay a supporter registration fee will receive a certificate and their names will be listed on the conference website.

Payment method

Payments can be made via bank transfer only. The invoice of the regsitration fee will be sent after the registration deadline. Please indicate in the comment box in the online registration form if you require a proforma invoice.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made until the 15th March 2016. Please contact us and we will provide you with a 75% refund of the registration fees.
The deadline for the bank transfer is 28 February 2016.
